Refund Policy

Effective June 20, 2026

We want every visit to Luxe Nail Studio to feel worthwhile. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and corrections are handled with fairness and care.

01Deposits

Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable. When you provide at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

02Services

Because nail services are personalized and performed in real time, completed services are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will do our best to make it right with an adjustment.

03Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Remaining balances stay available for future visits.

04Products

Unopened retail products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

05Payment Errors

If you are charged in error — such as a duplicate transaction — contact us promptly and we will investigate and issue a correction or refund where appropriate.

06Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, or where required by applicable consumer protection law.
