These terms govern your experience at Luxe Nail Studio. We've kept them clear and considerate, so you can book with complete confidence.
01Appointments
Luxe Nail Studio operates exclusively by appointment to ensure every guest receives unhurried, personalized care. We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to preserve the experience of guests who follow.
02Deposits
Select services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your visit.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and the time slot is verified as available.
03Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
- Cancellations made with adequate notice may apply the deposit to a future booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
04Pricing
All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on nail length, design complexity, and additional treatments requested during your visit.
05Loyalty Program
Luxe Points are earned on qualifying services and may be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the current program tiers. Rewards are never automatically applied — you choose when to apply, skip, or save them.
Points and rewards carry no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
06Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable toward services and never expire. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
07Media Consent
We may photograph completed nail work for our portfolio and social media. You may opt out of having your hands or likeness featured at any time by notifying us before or during your appointment.
08Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your service so we can adapt our products and techniques accordingly.
Luxe is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
10Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
